ABOUT THE STRUCTURE
In 1985, Charles E. Lawrence, by then head of CRS-Sirrine Architects, Inc., was commissioned to design Center Tower, a twenty-one-story office building adjacent to Segerstrom Center for the Arts and the South Coast Repertory Theatre.
Besides offering distinctive corporate offices for significant business tenants, Center Tower was planned to provide parking for both daytime office use and parking availability for the performing arts facilities. Center Tower is also home to a number of public sculptures owned by Henry Segerstrom that have been situated inside and around the building for the daily pleasure of the employees in the building and the general public.
